Please read carefully before booking any workshop, tour, or photography expedition with Amar Photography Workshop. By booking and paying a deposit, you agree to the following terms, which form a legally binding agreement between you (“the participant”) and Amar Photography Workshop (“we,” “our,” or “the company”).

1. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings must be made directly with Amar Photography Workshop, based in India.
• Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless your place can be filled by another participant, in which case a full refund will be issued.
• Full payment must be received at least 60 days prior to the start of the workshop or tour. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment immediately.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal (participants cover any processing fees). Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes.
• Rates may vary depending on booking time or special promotions. Once a booking is confirmed, no retroactive discounts can be applied.

2. Insurance

• All participants must have valid international travel insurance from a recognized provider in their home country, covering medical emergencies, accidents, evacuation, and trip cancellations.
• Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
• It is your responsibility to confirm coverage for photography-related risks, including equipment loss and cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• If full payment has been made and you cancel, refunds will only be issued if another participant takes your place.
• No refunds will be given for missed days, early departures, delayed arrivals, or unused services.
• If a tour is canceled due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, a credit for a future workshop or tour will be offered, excluding any non-recoverable local costs.
• We strongly recommend trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment.

4. Liabilities & Responsibilities

• Amar Photography Workshop is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional expenses caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, illness, theft, travel restrictions, or government actions.
• We reserve the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or guides for safety, comfort, or operational reasons. These changes do not entitle participants to refunds.
• Participants are responsible for their own conduct and compliance with local laws. We are not liable for losses arising from failure to obtain necessary travel documents such as visas or passports.

5. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
• By paying a deposit or submitting a booking form, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms and conditions.

6. Payment Information

Booking Your Spot To reserve a place on any Amar Photography Workshop or expedition, a non-refundable deposit is required. Booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

     1). Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (India & International)
• Wise (for international transfers)
• PayPal or Credit Card (upon request; processing fees apply)
• Prices are listed in USD. Indian residents may pay in INR at the exchange rate on the invoice date.

     2). Balance Payment

• The remaining balance is due 60 days before the workshop or tour start date.
• Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
• Banking & Transfer Fees
• All bank, PayPal, or Wise transaction fees are the responsibility of the participant. Please ensure the full invoice amount is received.

   3). Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Full refunds are only possible if your spot is filled by another participant.
• No refunds are available once the workshop or tour has begun.

7. Confirmation

Upon receiving your payment, you will get an official confirmation email and invoice from Amar Photography Workshop.
